NCV4295C 是一款单片集成式低漏稳压器，输出电流能力为 30 mA，采用 TSOP–5 封装。输出电压准确度为 ±4.0% 以内，最大漏电压 250 mV，输入最高 45 V。低静止电流功能在 1 mA 负载下通常仅获取 160 µA。输出欠电压时，电源故障输出将驱动到低电平。此零件适用于汽车和所有电池供电的微处理器设备。该稳压器可防止电池逆向、短路和热过载的情况发生。
