Linear Regulators (LDO) | NCV663
概览
此系列低静态电流低漏 (LDO) 线性稳压器最初设计用于手持通信设备和便携式电池供电应用，也可用于需要超低静态电流的汽车应用。它应用作后级调节器件，因为该产品没有汽车电池运行内在的高输入瞬变电压保护。此系列具有 2.5µA 超低静态电流。每个器件都包含电压参考单元、误差放大器、PMOS 功率晶体管、用于设置输出电压的电阻，以及电流限值和温度限值电路等保护功能。NCV663 适用于低成本的陶瓷电容器，需要的最小输出电容为 0.1 µF。该器件采用微型 SC82-AB 表面贴装封装。提供无铅电镀选件。标准电压版本为 1.5、1.8、2.5、2.7、2.8、3.0、3.3 和 5.0 V。
