Linear Regulators (LDO) | NCV8170
概览
NCV8170 系列 CMOS 低漏稳压器特别适用于需要超低静态电流的便携式电池供电应用。典型值为 500 nA 的超低耗量确保了较长的电池寿命和动态瞬变升压功能，改善了无线通信应用的器件瞬变反应。该器件采用小型 1 × 1 mm xDFN4 封装。

- Output Voltage Range: 1.2V to 3.6V (0.1V Steps)
- Stable with Ceramic Capacitors of 1 uF
- Thermal Shutdown Protection
- Available in small 1x1mm xDFN4 package
- Pb-Free Devices
