概览
NCV8182C 是一款单片集成式低漏跟踪稳压器，适用于紧密跟踪参考输入的可调缓冲输出电压。输出提供最高 250 mA 电流，同时能够配置为比参考电压更高、更低或相等。该器件可基于较宽输入和 VREF/EN 电压范围运行，同时仍然保持卓越的 DC 特性。NCV8182C 针对逆向电池、短路和热崩溃等情况进行了保护。该器件还能耐受负载转储瞬变电压和逆向极性瞬变输入电压。因此非常适用于汽车环境。VREF/EN 引线具有两个用途。此器件用于将输入电压提供为输出参考，还可以拉低以便将器件置于睡眠模式。
