概览
NCV8664C 是一款精确 3.3 V 和 5.0 V 固定输出，低漏集成式电压稳压器，输出电流能力为 150 mA。对轻型负载电流消耗的精心管理，并结合低漏工艺，实现了 22 µA 的典型静态电流。输出电压精度在 ±2.0％ 范围内，额定满负载电流时的最大漏电压为 600 mV。它具有针对输入电源逆向、输出过电流故障和超高裸片温度的内部保护。无需外部组件即可启用这些功能。NCV8664C 可与 NCV4264、NCV4264-2、NCV4264−2C 实现引脚联接和功能兼容，需要极低静态电流时它可以替代这些零件。
