NCV8665 是一款精密 5.0 V 固定输出,低漏集成式稳压器,输出电流能力为 150 mA。对轻负载电流耗量的仔细管理,结合低漏工艺,实现了 30 µA 的典型静止接地电流。NCV8665 可与 NCV8675 和 NCV4275 实现引脚和功能兼容,需要低输出电流和极低静态电流时,它可以替代这些零部件。输出电压精度在 ±2.0% 之内,并且在满额定负载电流下的最大压降为 600 mv。它具有针对 45 V 输入瞬变、输入电源逆向、输出过电流故障和超高裸片温度的内部保护。无需外部组件即可启用这些功能。
