概览
NCV8674 是一款精确 5.0 V 或 12 V 固定输出、低漏集成式稳压器，输出电流能力为 350 mA。对轻型负载电流消耗的精心管理，并结合低漏工艺，实现了 30 µA 的典型静态电流。 输出电压精度在 ±2.0% 范围内，额定满负载电流时的最大漏电压为 600 mV。它具有针对输入电源逆向、输出过电流故障和超高裸片温度的内部保护。无需外部组件即可启用这些功能。
