The T30LMPSR132 is a 400 mA LDO equipped with NMOS pass transistor and a separate bias supply voltage (VBIAS). The device provides best-in-class dropout voltage (20mV at 0.4A) enable higher efficiency and the accurate output voltage (0.8%). The  T30LMPSR132 IQ is optimized to maximize performance in battery operated portable applications. Designed to meet the requirements of RF and analog circuits, the device provides low noise, high PSRR, and excellent load/line transients. The device is designed to work with a 2.2 µF input and a 2.2 µF output ceramic capacitor. The WLCSP6 0.99 mm x 0.65 mm, 0.35 mm pitch Chip Scale package is optimized for use in space constrained applications
