Protected Power Switches from onsemi offer Over−Current Protection (OCP), Over−Voltage Protection (OVP), and True Reverse Current Block (TRCB) to prevent system damage. These devices are tailored to minimize on-state resistance and provide superior switching performance, which suits them for low voltage high side load switch applications requiring low conduction loss and ease of driving. Applications for the Load Switches from onsemi include Switch for USB charging and Wireless charging, Storage & Peripherals, Other Wired Communications, Mobile Handsets, and Media Tablets, and Wireless LAN Card & Broadband Access, among others. The portfolio also includes AEC-Q101 Qualified and PPAP Capable options specifically engineered and qualified for automotive industry applications.
