概览

FPF1320/21是双输入单输出(DISO)负载开关，由两组压摆率控制的低导通电阻、P沟道MOSFET开关组成，具有集成式模拟功能。 压摆率控制的开启特性可防止涌入电流以及因此发生的电源轨电压过度跌落。 输入电压的工作范围为1.5V到5.5V，满足低电压便携式设备电源轨的要求。 FPF1320/21采用先进的先开后合操作通过SEL引脚来执行两个输入电源轨之间的无缝电源切换。
FPF1320/21具有精确反向电流阻隔(TRCB)功能，在处于开启或关闭状态时，可阻隔不需要的反向电流（从输出到输入）。 开关由SEL引脚和EN引脚的逻辑输入控制，这两种引脚可与低电压控制信号(GPIO)直接连接。
FPF1321具有65Ω的片内负载电阻，在EN处于低电平时输出端可快速放电。
FPF1320/21采用0.5mm间距的1.0mm x 1.5mm、6凸块WLCSP封装。
