FPF2108-FPF2110 是一系列负载开关,对可能遇到大电流情况的系统和负载提供完全保护。这些器件包含一个 0.125W 电流限制 P 沟道 MOSFET,可在 1.8-5.5V 的输入电压范围内运行。当 MOSFET 关断,输出电压高于输入电压时,逆向电流阻隔将在内部防止电流流动。开关控制由能够直接接口低电压控制信号的逻辑输入 (ON) 完成。每个零件均包含高温关断保护,当连续过电流状态导致过热时将关断开关以防对零件造成损坏。当开关电流达到电流限制时,这些零件则以恒定电流模式运行,以防止过大电流导致损坏。对于 FPF2108,如果恒定电流情况在 10ms 之后仍然存在,该零件则关断开关,拉低故障信号引脚 (FLAGB)。该开关将保持关断状态,直到 ON 引脚重新通电。对于 FPF2109 和 FPF2110,电流限值条件将立即将故障信号引脚拉低,该零件将保持在恒定电流模式,直到开关电流降至电流限值以下。FPF2109 的最小电流限值为 200mA,FPF2108 和 FPF2110 的最小电流限值为 400mA。这些零件采用节省空间的 5 引脚 SOT23 封装。
