概览
FPF2895V 为 28 V 和 5 A 额定电流限制电源开关，提供过电流保护 (OCP)、过电压保护 (OVP) 和真正的逆向电流阻隔 (TRCB) 来保护系统。其导通电阻低，典型值为 27 mΩ，带 WL−CSP，可在 4 V 至 22 V 输入电压范围内运行。FPF2895V 支持 ±10% 的电流限值精度，过电流范围 500 mA 至 2 A，电流限值精度 ±5%，过电流范围 2 A 至 5 A，运行灵活，具有可选择 OVP、可选择导通极性和可选择 OCP 行为等，可根据系统要求进行优化。FPF2895V 采用 24 凸块，1.67 mm x 2.60 mm 晶片级芯片封装 (WLCSP)，间距 0.4 mm。
