NCP380是一款高压侧功率分配开关,适用于电容负载较大以及可能发生短路的应用,单一封装内集成了一个70 mΩ(DFN 封装)、P沟道MOSFET。
在输出负载超过电流限制阈值或存在短路情况时,这款器件会切换至调节电流模式,将输出电流限制在需要的水平。 电流限制阈值既可由用户通过外部电阻在500mA至2.1A之间进行调节,也可进行内部固定。这款电源开关的升降时间可以进行控制,以最大程度减小开关器件的电流振铃。
在输出电压高于输入电压时,内部反向电压检测比较器会禁用电源开关,以保护开关输入侧的器件。
/FLAG逻辑输出会在过电流、反向电压或高温条件下置于低电平。该开关由逻辑使能输入主动高电平或低电平控制。
