概览

NCP346 过电压保护电路 (OVP) 结合外部 P 沟道 FET 使用时会保护传感电路不会发生瞬时过电压和电源故障。该器件用于感应过电压情况，会在发生任何损坏之前快速断开负载的输入电压供应。OVP 由精确电压参考、带迟滞的比较器、控制逻辑和 MOSFET 门极驱动器组成。OVP 基于耐用的 BiCMOS 工艺而设计，旨在低于高达 30 V 的瞬态电压。 该器件针对具有外部 AC/DC 适配器或汽车配件充电器进行产品供电和/或内部电池充电的应用而优化。标称过电压阈值选项为 4.45 或 5.5 V，可使用 VCC、IN 和 GND 引脚之间的电阻分压器而上调。它适用于单个锂离子电池应用以及 3/4 个镍铬/镍氢电池应用。
