NCP360 能够在检测到错误 VBUS 运行情况时将系统从其输出引脚断开。该系统受高达 +20 V 的正向过电压保护。由于集成的 PMOS FET,无需外部器件,降低了系统成本和应用主板中的 PCB 面积。如果输入电压超过过电压阈值 (OVLO),NCP360 则能够瞬变将输出与输入断开。NCP360 提供了负向标志 (FLAG) 输出,发生故障时会向系统发出警告。另外,该器件还具有 ESD 保护输入 (15 kV Air),使用 1.0 µF 或更大电容器进行旁路联接。
