KA431S / KA431SA / KA431SL 是三端子可调节稳压器系列，在工作温度范围内具有保证的热稳定性。使用两个外部电阻可将输出电压设置为 VREF（大约为 2.5 V）和 36 V 之间的任何值。此类器件的典型动态阻抗为 0.2 Ω。其有源输出电路具有明确的开启特性，因而此类器件在许多应用中成为齐纳二极管的绝佳替代器件。
