概览

LM285/LM385 系列是微功率两端子禁带电压稳压器二极管。此类器件基于 10 µA 至 20 mA 的宽电流范围运行，具有极低动态阻抗、低噪声，随时间和温度的稳定运行。较小电压允差范围通过片上微调实现。较大动态运行范围使得此类器件能够用于多种电源类型的应用，且具有卓越调节。极低运行电流使得此类器件适用于微功率电路，如便携仪器、稳压器和其他需要较长电池寿命的模拟电路。LM285/LM385 系列封装在低成本 TO-226AA 塑料盒体内，提供 1.235 和 2.500 V 两种电压版本，通过器件后缀说明（参见订购信息表）。LM285 的规格运行温度范围为 -40 C 至 +85 C，LM385 的额定温度范围为 0 C 至 +70 C。LM385 还可提供 1.235 和 2.500 V 电压，采用表面贴装塑料封装。
