概览

LM285/LM385系列是微功率两端子禁带电压稳压器二极管。专门设计用于基于10µA至 20mA的宽电流范围运行，具有极低动态阻抗、低噪声，不同时间和温度条件下的稳定运行等特点。较小的电压容差范围通过片上校准实现。较大的动态运行范围使得此类器件能够用于多种电源类型的应用，并发挥优秀的稳压功能。极低运行电流使得此类器件适用于微功率电路，如便携仪器、稳压器和其他需要较长电池寿命的模拟电路。

LM285/LM385系列封装采用经济的TO-226AA塑料外壳，提供1.235V和2.500V两种电压版本，通过器件后缀区分（参见订购信息表）。LM285的规定运行温度范围为-40 C至+85 C，LM385的额定温度范围为0 C至+70 C。

LM385 的1.235V和2.500V版本还可以选择表面贴装塑料封装。
