概览
NCP4328 是一款辅助侧 SMPS 控制器，适用于需要恒定电压和/或恒定电流调节的应用。NCP4328x 由两个用于电压和电流环路调节，且带有精确的内部电压参比的 OTA 放大器组成。OTA 的输出为开漏类型（仅 OTA 汲电流）。NCP4328B 包括一个使用 1 kHz 方形波驱动的开路 MOSFET 实施的 LED 驱动器引脚，当 VCC 高于 UVLO 时会以 12.5% 占空比运行，以用于指示。NCP4328A 采用 TSOP5 封装，而 NCP4328B 采用 TSOP6 封装。
