TLV431 系列器件是精密低压分路稳压器，可在1.24V至16V的宽电压范围内进行编程。TLV431A 系列在25°C时保证1.0%的基准精度，在-40°C至85°C的全工业温度范围内保证2.0%的基准精度。相应的，TLV431B 系列的精度分别为0.5%和1.0%，TLV431C 系列的精度分别为0.2%和0.5%。这些器件在0.1mA至20mA的工作电流范围内表现出明显的低电流开启特性和0.20W 的低动态阻抗。这些特性的组合使得该系列在需要精确基准电压的应用电路中成为齐纳二极管的绝佳替代品。与光耦合器结合使用时，TLV431可用作误差放大器，用于控制隔离低输出电压（3.0V至3.3V）开关电源中的反馈环路。器件可选经济型TO-92和微型TSOP-5和SOT23-3封装。
