MAX803/NCP803是高性价比的系统监控电路,用于数字系统中的VCC监控,并在必要时向主处理器提供复位信号。无需任何外部组件。
在VCC降至复位电压阈值以下的10微秒内,复位输出激活。在VCC升至复位阈值以上后,复位保持激活一段时间,时长由工厂预校。MAX803/NCP803具有开漏低电平有效 RESET(bar)输出。MAX803/NCP803的输出在VCC = 1.0 V 时也保证有效。两种器件均可选SOT-23和SC-70封装。
MAX809/810经过优化,可抑制VCC线路上的快速瞬态故障。0.5 µA 的低电源电流(VCC = 3.3 V)使这款器件非常适合电池供电应用。
