NCT7491 是一款双线串行可编程硬件监控器。它可监控 2 个远程温度区及其自身的环境温度。PECI 3.0 单线接口支持 NCT7491 监控 CPU 温度。NCT7491 还可实现 SMBus 兼容的主机,允许其从 SMBus 上的热传感器自动读取数据。NCT7491 采用 PWM 控制,可自动控制 3 台风扇的转速,并可监控 4 台风扇的转速。有 4 个模拟输入,用于测量 12 V、5 V、2.5 V 和 Vccp 沟道。还可监控 NCT7491 电源电压和 PECI VTT 电压。将测得的各个温度、电压和风扇速度值与可编程限值进行比较,如果任何沟道超出了可编程限值,则通过警告输出引脚产生中断信号。还提供高温输出,用于故障安全高温控制。最多可提供 3 个 GPIO 引脚,用于数字控制或信号传输。与 NCT7491 的通信通过 SMBus/I2C 接口实现,该接口可兼容行业标准协议。SMBus 地址由两个地址选择引脚设置。NCT7491 采用 24 引线 QFN 或 QSOP 封装,可在 3.0 V 至 3.6 V 电压范围内运行。
