CAT6095 是一款符合 JEDEC JC42.4 标准的温度传感器,用于需要数字输出的通用温度测量。CAT6095 每秒至少进行 10 次温度测量。温度读数可由主机通过串行接口检索,并与存储在内部寄存器内的高、低和临界触发限值进行比较。超过限值或低于限值情况可在开漏 EVENT 引脚上发出信号。CAT6095 采用节省空间的 TDFN 封装,带有裸露后侧片连接焊盘 (DAP)。裸露的 DAP 会降低总体热阻,因此与 SOIC、TSSOP 或 SOT 封装相比,对热变化的响应更快速。
