FAN4174(单路)和 FAN4274(双路)均为带 CMOS 输入的电压反馈放大器,每个放大器仅消耗 200 µA 的电源电流,同时提供 ±33 mA 的输出短路电流。这些放大器运行电源电压为 5V。共模电压范围扩展到正向轨和负向轨意外。FAN4174 和 FAN4274 基于 CMOS 工艺设计,在 5 V 的电源电压下提供 3.7 MHz 带宽和 3 V / μs 摆率。这些放大器的运行温度范围为 -40°C 至 +125°C 且在此范围下可保持可靠性。扩展温度运行、低功耗、轨对轨性能、低电压运行和极小封装使得此系列放大器适用于很多工业、通用和电池供电应用。
