MC33077 是一款精密优质、高频率、低噪声单片双路运算放大器,采用创新的双极设计技术。精密匹配与独特的模拟电阻微调技术相结合,可用来实现低输入偏移电压。双合频率补偿技术用于增强放大器的增益带宽积。另外,MC33077 提供了低输入噪声电压、输入偏移电压的低温系数、高摆率、高交流和直流开路电压增益和低电源电流漏极。全 NPN 输出级的特点是无死区交越失真和大的输出电压摆幅,提供高电容驱动能力、卓越的相位和增益裕量、低开环输出阻抗和对称的源/汲交流频率响应。MC33077 采用塑料 DIP 和 SO-8 封装(P 和 D 后缀)。
