概览
NCS2252 低电压比较器具有快速响应时间以及轨对轨输入和输出。扩展的共模输入电压范围使得输入信号可以比轨高和低 200 mV，因此可在接地或电源处进行电压检测。50 ns 的传播延迟以及 100 mV 超驱动使得此比较器适用于需要更快响应时间的应用。此类单沟道器件提供 NCS2252 中的开漏输出，采用 SOT23-5 和 SC70-5 封装。还提供汽车认证器件，以 NCV 前缀表示。
