概览
CAT25020 是一款 EEPROM 串行 2-Kb SPI 器件，内部组织为 256x8 位。安森美半导体先进的 CMOS 工艺大幅降低了器件功率要求。它具有 16 字节写入缓冲区，支持串行外围接口 (SPI) 协议。该器件通过芯片选择 (CS) 启用。另外，必备总线信号为时钟输入 (SCK)、数据输入 (SI) 和数据输出 (SO) 线。HOLD 输入可用于暂停与 CAT25020 器件的任何串行通信。该器件具有软硬件写保护功能，包括部分和全阵列保护。
