概览

CAT93C46R 是一款 1-Kb 微丝串行 EEPROM 器件，组织为 64 个寄存器，每个寄存器 16 位，或者 128 个寄存器，每个寄存器 8 位，具体由 ORG 引脚状态确定。CAT93C46R 具有连续读取以及自计时内部写入，带自动清除。片上接通电源重置电路会保护内部逻辑不会以错误状态通电。与 CAT93C46 不同，CAT93C46R 具有内部指令时钟计数器，为写入/擦除命令提供更强抗扰性。
