概览
CAV24C04 是一款 EEPROM 串行 4-Kb I2C - 汽车级器件，内部组织为 32 页，每页 16 个字节。该器件支持 Standard (100 kHz)和 Fast (400 kHz) I2C 协议。通过提供起始地址来写入数据，然后将 1 到 16 个连续字节加载到写入缓冲区，然后在一个内部写入周期内将所有数据写入非易失性存储器。数据读取方式为：提供开始地址，然后以顺序移出数据，同时自动递增内部地址计数。外部地址引脚可在同一总线上实现最多四个 CAV24C04 器件的寻址。
