概览
N24C08 是一款 EEPROM 串行 8-Kb I2C，US 8 引线封装器件，内部组织为 64 页，每页 16 个字节。 该器件支持 Standard (100 kHz)、快速 (400 kHz) 和 Fast−Plus (1 MHz) I2C 协议。通过提供起始地址来写入数据，然后将 1 到 16 个连续字节加载到写入缓冲区，然后在一个内部写入周期内将所有数据写入 非易失性存储器。读取数据的方法是提供开始地址，然后以顺序移出数据，同时自动递增内部地址计数。外部地址引脚可在同一总线上实现最多两个 N24C08 器件的寻址。
