概览
NCP565/NCV565 低漏 (LDO) 线性稳压器以固定电压选项或 7.7 V 到低至 0.9 V 的可调电压版本提供 1.5 A 电流。快速环路响应和低漏电压使得此稳压器适用于需要低电压和优秀瞬变响应的应用。器件保护包括电流限值、短路保护和高温关断。NCP565 采用D2PAK、DFN6 或 SOT-223 封装。
