概览

NLAS4051S 是 MC14051 和 MC74HC4051 的改善版本，采用亚微米硅门极 CMOS 工艺，导通电阻 RDS(on) 更低，低电流时的线性提高。 此器件可以单电源或高达 +/-3.0V 的双电源运行，可传递 6.0V VPP 信号而不用耦合电容器。 在单电源模式下运行时，仅需将 VEE，即引脚 7 接地。 对于双电源运行，VEE 连接负电压，是为了不超过最大额定值。
