74VCX16244 是一款性能先进的非反相 16 位缓冲器。该缓冲器适用于 1.8 V、2.5 V 或 3.3 V 系统中的极高速、极低功耗运行。在 2.5 V（或 1.8 V）电压下运行时，该部件可耐受其与 3.3 V 总线连接时输入或输出可能遇到的电压。它确保可容限过电压 3.6 V。74VCX16244 为半字节控制，每个半字节功能相同，但又各自独立。控制引脚可连在一起，以获得完整的 16 位操作。3 态输出由每个半字节的输出启用 (OEnbar) 输入控制。当 OEnbar 为低电平时，输出打开。当 OEbar 为高电平时，输出处于高阻抗状态。
