MC14503B 是一款六路非反相缓冲器，带 3 态输出、高电流源汲能力。3 态输出可用于公共总线应用。提供两个禁用控制。禁用 A 输入上的高电平将导致缓冲区 1 到 4 的输出进入高阻抗状态，禁用 B 输入上的高电平将导致缓冲区 5 和 6 进入高阻抗状态。
