概览

NC7SZ57 和 NC7SZ58 为通用型可配置量输入逻辑门极。每个器件均可针对 5 个独特两输入逻辑功能之一进行配置。任何量输入组合逻辑功能均可实施，如功能选择表所示。器件功能通过器件在板级的连线方式进行选择。所有输入均实施了迟滞。 该器件使用先进的 CMOS 技术制造，可实现超高速和高输出驱动，同时可在非常宽的 VCC 运行范围内保持低静态功耗。该器件规定运行范围为 1.65 至 5.5V VCC。当 VCC 为 0V 时，输入和输出为高阻抗。输入耐压达 5.5V，而无论 VCC 运行范围任何。
