概览
MC10EL/100EL11 是一款差分 1:2 扇出缓冲器。该器件与 E111 器件功能类似，只是性能更高。EL11 的器件内歪曲率和输出传输时间明显快于 E111，特别适合用于需要终极交流性能的应用。EL11 的差分输入采用箝位电路来保持开路输入条件下的稳定性。如果输入保持开路（拉至 VEE），Q 输出将进入低电平。100 系列包含温度补偿。

- ESD Protection: > 1 KV HBM, > 100 V MM
- PECL Mode Operating Range: VCC= 4.2 V to 5.7 with VEE= 0 V
- NECL Mode Operating Range: VCC= 0 V with VEE= -4.2 V to -5.7 V
- Internal Input Pulldown Resistors
- Meets or Exceeds JEDEC Spec EIA/JESD78 IC Latchup Test
- Moisture Sensitivity Level 1
