NB3V1106C 属于 NB3V110xC 模块化、高性能、低歪曲率、通用型 LVCMOS 时钟缓冲器系列产品。该器件具有 1:6 扇出。该系列器件使用模块化方式设计。提供不同的扇出类型:1:2、1:3、1:4、1:6 和 1:8。所有器件都互相实现引脚兼容,便于处理。系列所有产品具有相同的高性能,如低附加抖动、低歪曲率和宽运行温度范围。NB3V110xC 支持异步输出启用控制 (OE),当 OE 为低电平时将输出切换到低电平状态。NB3V110xC 在 3.3 V、2.5 V 和 1.8 V 环境中运行,针对 –40°C 至 105°C 的运行范围进行表征。
