NB6L11M 是一款差分 1:2 CML 扇出缓冲器。差分输入结合了通过 VT 引脚访问的内部 50 Ω 端接电阻,接受 LVPECL、LVCMOS、LVTTL、CML 或 LVDS 逻辑电平。仅为此器件提供 VREFAC 引脚,即内部产生的供应电压。VREFAC 用作单端 PECL 或 NECL 输入的参考电压。对于单端输入情况,未使用的互补差分输入将作为开关参考电压联接 VREFAC。VREFAC 还可将电容器耦合输入重偏置。使用时,通过 0.01 µF 电容器对 VREFAC 进行去耦合,并将源/汲电流限制为 0.5 mA。不使用时,VREFAC 输出应保持开路。该器件采用小型 3x3 mm 16 引脚 QFN 封装。NB6L11M 属于一款 ECLinPS MAX 系列高性能时钟产品。
