概览
MC10EP/100EP52 是一款具有重置功能的差分数据、差分时钟 D 类触发器。该器件的功能与器件 EL52 相同。当时钟为低电平时数据进入触发器的主部分，然后传输到从部分，并因此在时钟发生正向转换时传输到输出。EP52 的差分时钟输入允许将此器件也用作下降沿触发的器件。EP52 采用输入箝位电路，从而在开路输入条件（下拉至 VEE）下，让器件的输出保持稳定。
- Negative edge-triggering
- 330ps Typical Propagation Delay
- Maximum Frequency > 4 GHz Typical
- PECL Mode: VCC = 3.0 V to 5.5 V with VEE = 0 V
- NECL Mode: VCC = 0 V with VEE = -3.0 V to -5.5 V
- Open Input Default State
- Safety Clamp on Inputs
- Q Output will default LOW with inputs open or at VEE
- Pb-Free Packages are Available
