MC10EP/100EP142 是一款 9 位一位寄存器,适用于字节奇偶校验。E142 执行串行/并行输入和 串行/并行输出,以一个方向移位。九个输入 D0 - D8 接受并行输入数据,而 S-IN 接受串行输入数据。Qn 输出不需要端接即可使得移位功能正常运行。为了最大程度降低噪声和功耗,任何不使用的 Q 输出均不应进行端接。SEL(选择)输入引脚用于在两种运行模式之间进行切换 - 移位和负载。移位方向为位 0 到位 8。 输入数据在 CLK0 或 CLK1 的正向边缘之前某个设置的时间由寄存器接受;移位也在正向时钟边缘完成。主重置引脚 (MR) 上的高电平会将所有寄存器异步重置为零。100 系列包含温度补偿。
