概览

MC10EL/100EL52 是一款具有复位功能的差分数据、差分时钟 D 类触发器。该器件与 E452 器件功能相同，只是性能更高。EL52 的传播延迟和输出转换时间明显快于 E452，特别适合用于需要终极交流性能的应用。当时钟为低电平时，数据进入触发器的主部分，并传送至从部分，从而在时钟正转换时输出。EL52 的差分时钟输入支持将器件用于负边触发器。EL52 采用输入箝位电路，从而在开路输入条件（下拉至 VEE）下，让器件的输出保持稳定。100 系列包含温度补偿。

  • Internal Input Pulldown Resistors on D and CLK
  • Meets or Exceeds JEDEC Spec EIA/JESD78 IC Latchup Test
  • Moisture Sensitivity Level 1
