MC10/100EP451 是一款 6 位全差分寄存器,带公共时钟和单端主重置 (MR)。它非常适用于需要寄存数据路径的极高频率应用。所有输入均具有内部的 75kΩ 下拉电阻。差分输入具有超控箝位。未使用差分寄存器输入可保持开路,默认为低电平。当差分输入强制为 < VEE + 1.2 V 时,箝位将超控,强制输出进入默认状态。在默认状态时,因为触发器为边触发,所以输出将达到一个确定的,但非预计的有效状态。 CLK(引脚 4)的正向转换将锁存这些寄存器。主重置 (MR) 高电平将异步重置所有寄存器,强制 Q 输出进入低电平。100 系列包含温度补偿。
