概览
MC10/100EP05 是 2 输入差分 AND/NAND 门极。该器件与 EL05 和 LVEL05 器件功能相同。EP05 的交流性能比 LVEL05 器件快很多，适用于需要最快交流性能的应用。 100 系列包含温度补偿。

- PECL Mode Operating Range:VCC= 3.0 V to 5.5 V with VEE= 0 V
- NECL Mode Operating Range: VCC= 0 V with VEE= -3.0 V to -5.5 V
- Open Input Default State
- Safety Clamp on Inputs
- Q Output Will Default LOW with Inputs Open or at VEE
- Pb-Free Packages are Available
