NB6L72 是一款高带宽、完全差分 2 X 2 时钟或数据交点开关,带有内部电源端子和 LVPECL 输出结构,针对低歪曲率和最小抖动而优化。差分输入结合了内部 50 Ω 端接电阻,接受 LVPECL、CML、LVDS、LVCMOS 或 LVTTL 逻辑电平。选择输入为单端,可使用 LVCMOS/LVTTL 驱动。当 50 Ω 电阻外部端接到 VCC-2.0 V 时,差分 LVPECL 输出提供 800 mV 输出摆幅。该器件采用 3mm x 3mm 16 引脚 QFN 封装。NB6L72 属于一款 ECLinPS MAX 系列高性能产品。
