MC100EPT23 是一款双路 LVPECL/LVDS/CML 到 LVTTL/LVCMOS 差分转换器。因为使用 LVPECL/LVDS/CML 输入电平和 LVTTL/LVCMOS 输出电平,所以仅需要 +3.3V 和接地。EPT23 采用小外形 8 引线 SOIC 封装和双门极设计,非常适合需要时钟或数据信号转换的应用。EPT23 仅可用于 ECL 100K 标准。由于没有 LVPECL 输出或外部 VBB 参考,因此 EPT23 不需要两个 ECL 标准版本。LVPECL 输入为差分输入。因此,MC100EPT23 可以接受 VCC 为 + 3.3V 的任何标准差分 LVPECL 输入。
