EEPROM Memory | CAT1022
概览
CAT1022 是一款用于基于微控制器的系统的完整内存和监督方案。EEPROM 串行 2-Kb CPU 监督器内存和系统电源监督器带有欠电压保护，采用低功耗 CMOS 工艺进行集成。内存接口通过 400 kHz I²C 总线实现。CAT1022 具有重置输出，没有写保护输入。该监督器具有一个 1.6 秒监督计时器电路，如果软件或硬件故障暂停或“挂起”系统，则将系统重置为某个已知状态。该监督计时器监控 SDA 信号。该电源监控电路保护内存和系统控制器，并在电源通电/关断期间以及针对欠电压情况对其进行重置。五个重置阈值电压支持 5.0 V、3.3 V 和 3.0 V 系统。如果电源电压超出容差范围，重置信号则变为有效状态，阻止系统微控制器、ASIC 或外围设备运行。重置信号通常在电源电压超过重置阈值水平 200 ms 之后变为无效状态。通过有效高电平和低电平重置信号连接微控制器和其他集成电路非常简单。另外，重置引脚或单独的输入 MR 可用作按钮手动重置能力的输入。该片上 2-Kb EEPROM 内存具有 16 字节页。另外，硬件数据保护由 VCC 感应电路提供，在 VCC 降至重置阈值以下或 VCC 在通电期间尚未达到重置阈值之前阻止写入内存。可采用 8 引脚 DIP、8 引脚 SOIC、8 引脚 TSSOP、8 引脚 TDFN 和 8 引脚 MSOP。TDFN 封装厚度最大为 0.8 mm。TDFN 占位选项为 3x3 mm。
