CAT24C08 是一款 EEPROM 串行 8-Kb I2C 器件,内部组织为 64 页,每页 16 字节。此器件支持标准 (100 kHz) 协议也支持快速 (400 kHz) I2C 协议。数据写入方式为:提供开始地址,然后将 1 到 16 个连续字节加载到页写入缓存中,然后在一个内部写入循环中将所有数据写入非易失性内存。数据读取方式为:提供开始地址,然后以顺序移出数据,同时自动递增内部地址计数。外部地址引脚可在同一总线上实现最多两个 CAT24C08 器件的寻址。
