概览

CAT24C164 是一款 16-kb CMOS 可级联串行 EEPROM 器件，内部组织为 128 页，每页 16 个字节，共计 2048x8 位。该器件支持 Standard (100 kHz)和 Fast (400 kHz) I2C 协议。通过提供起始地址来写入数据，然后将 1 到 16 个连续字节加载到写入缓冲区，然后在一个内部写入周期内将所有数据写入非易失性存储器。读取数据的方法是提供一个起始地址，然后串行移出数据，同时自动增加内部地址数量。外部地址引脚使其能够在同一个总线上放置最多八个 CAT24C164 器件。
