N24C16 是一款 EEPROM 串行 16-Kb I2C、US 8 引线封装器件,内部组织为 128 页,每页 16 字节。 此器件支持 Standard (100 kHz)、Fast (400 kHz) 和 Fast Plus (1 MHz) I2C 协议。通过提供起始地址来写入数据,然后将 1 到 16 个连续字节加载到写入缓存,然后在一个内部写入周期内将所有数据写入 非易失性存储器。数据读取方式为:提供起始地址,然后以顺序移出数据,同时自动递增内部地址计数。外部地址引脚在同一总线上最多可实现一个 N24C16 器件的寻址。
