N34C04 是一款用于 DDR4 DIMM 的 4-Kb 串行 SPD EEPROM,针对 DDR4 DIMM 实施 JEDEC JC42.4 (EE1004−v) 顺序内存指示位检测 (SPD) 规范,支持 Standard (100 kHz)、Fast (400 kHz) 和 Fast Plus (1 MHz) I2C 协议。 两个可用 2−Kb EEPROM 组(在 EE1004−v 规范中称为 SPD 页)在通电时激活以进行访问。通电之后,通过软件命令开关这些组。四个 1−Kb EEPROM 块中,每个块都可以通过软件命令进行写保护。
